Bank Coordinator (Angola)

Duties for a Bank coordinator :- 
Coordinate all aspects of bank account management for business units across the country by performing the following tasks: 
Coordinate with internal departments and banks to facilitate new bank account openings, closures and changes. 
Work with the business units and banks to determine the appropriate account structure and services. Work with business units to manage account authorities to meet internal controls requirements. 
Build and maintain relationships with banking representatives. 
Manage phone and e-mail communications, responding in a timely and professional manner. Track multiple job to assure that all tasks are completed. 
Prepare Excel/Access reports to reflect current account information and authorities. Perform quarterly reviews with business and bank to assure that records are accurate. 
Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple banks in any foreign currencies 
Prepare and maintain all cheque deposits and transfers for company 
Prepare and maintain all banking mandates 
Assist with intercompany billings and confirmations 
Assist with the maintenance of banking information and liaise with Sr. Accountant and Manager. 
Assist in all audit preparation requirements 
Perform other duties as assigned 

Hours 
Standard working hours would typically be between 8 am and 6pm ( Lunch hour included ), Monday to Friday, Saturday will be half day, but occasionally he may need to work longer at busy times as per requirement of job. He have to spend most of his time for coordinating bank and Account/finance department. 
Income 
All expenses such as Food / Accommodation / Travel / Visa ( if required) / Laundry / Light / Water will be borne by the company. (Zero out of Pocket Expenses)

Detail oriented Strong organizational skill , 
The ability to plan and prioritize multitask 
Excellent knowledge of banking activity and services 
Excellent problem-solving skills 
The ability to remain calm when under pressure 
The ability to work well in a team 
Strong verbal and written communication skills, Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills, Access knowledge helpful 

Requirements 
High School Diploma with 2-years of experience or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Basic Salary USD 450 / Month (All expenses such as Food / Accommodation / Travel / Visa ( if required) / Laundry / Light / Water will be borne by the company. (zero out of Pocket Expenses)
