Branch Manager
Experience: 4 to 9 yrs. | Salary: U.S Dollars 10,000 - 20,000 P.A
1) Sales & Revenue
Plan & achieve sales to achieve targets.
Implementing measures of cost control & developing new avenues for promoting the business.
2) Operations
Ensure SOP adherence.
Ensuring regular audits & reviews to meet desired standards.
Coordination with different departments for operations effectiveness.
3) People Management
Develop & maintain a motivated and enthusiastic team for achieving and exceeding targets. Responsible for grooming and development of staff for future roles.
4) Space Management
Analyse space allocation category and subcategory wise with respect to the sales generated, stock capacity and seasons.
5) Customer Service
Customer relations management. Resolving customer complaints & grievances.
6) Inventory Management
Coordination with merchandisers for stock. Ensuring the optimum stock levels by maintaining assigned base stock levels. Ensuring minimal shrinkage.
7) Competition Mapping
Comparing the physical appearances, fixtures, lighting and area allocation per category of competitors viz-a-viz those of TRS.
SWOT Analysis of all the major surrounded competitors.

Development and implementation of systems to control pilferage/shoplifting.

Maintenance Engineer
Experience: 3 to 8 yrs. | Salary: U.S Dollars 10,000 - 20,000 P.A
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your skills and experience are required to assist with:
Hands on experience in Maintaining & Operating Injection moulding machines of up to 800 tons capacity.
Managing all maintenance tasks and machine service requirements including Injection Moulding Machines and all other auxiliary machineries
Quantify material required for production, order and ensure efficient usage thereof
Ensure that orders received are programmed and produced in an efficient manner
Ensure that operator efficiency is monitored and action is taken to rectify low efficiencies
Ensure that scrap levels are controlled and reduced where possible
Ensure that discipline is maintained on the factory floor
Ensure housekeeping is improved and maintained at a high level
Ensure planned maintenance of machinery and set up a machine check system to ensure minimal downtime
Ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to and work within the confines of legal mandates
Ensure that the day to day running of the factory is managed
Cooperate with sales staff and customers in the development of new products
