Primary Job Responsibilities
The role of the Civil/Structural Lead Engineer is a leadership role, being responsible for the quality and on time delivering of the project deliverables in a safe and efficient manner. The role contains of coordination with Project management, other disciplines, client, other workshare offices and to give guidance to the Civil/Structural project team.
Job Skills
He / She needs to have a strong culture of safety and leadership, detailed familiarity with Civil/Structural engineering tools and techniques, very good communication skills, pro-active and problem solving attitude and effective team management.
Training and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering
- BS or MS degree and significant technical expertise in the oil and gas industry
- Capable to handle total project size > 100 000 man hours or TIC > 100 MM
- Multi-office project experience including value engineering office
- Strong communication skills / team player
