HR Lead / Head Talent Management (Sri Lanka)

Experience: 10 to 20 yrs.  | Salary: INR 40,00,000 - 50,00,000 & above P.A

Responsibilities
  • As HR Lead for Corporate Functions India and Sri Lanka
  • Develop and implement HR programs, tools, procedures, and practices
  • Enhance the employee experience by addressing people issues and driving systemic improvements
  • Provide HR perspective (including scope, process and impact) to business decisions
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in the area of Organizational Development/Effectiveness and Leadership Development. Conduct diagnosis, develop/design solutions and enable delivery of solutions as required. 
  • Lead and drive Talent Management Process by overseeing Performance Management, and Potential Assessment and Career Planning programs.
  • Design, lead and drive Employee Engagement strategies across the Business in alignment with the Business Teams 
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to build capability within the organization and collaborate to design/deliver solutions 
  • Facilitate sessions on Personal and Leadership excellence to build the required managerial and leadership capabilities 
  • Development and implementation of HR programs, tools, policies, procedures, and practices for Support functions in HO and Sri Lanka as their HR business partner
  • Lead the Bench Development Programs by building and driving the Recruitment strategy for sourcing Management Trainees from the top B- schools and manage the complete employee life cycle of the Trainees for the next two years. 
  • Top B School Graduate with 10-14 years with solid experience in HRM , XLRI , TISS etc preferred 
  • Budget ( No Constraint for the right candidate)
