10+yrs of experience in handling entire IT applications, IT Development, ERP, Servers in Cement Industry / Cross Industry / Aggregate Products / IT Support Services.
To manage the whole IT infrastructure for the company. Hardware as well as software.
All IT systems & software are managed as per company standards. All hardware, cabling, servers as well as SAP functionalities are maintained and kept in excellent conditions.
Uptime and downtime of systems, efficiency and productivity if the IT support provided.
Should be well experienced in a similar role.
Must be able to manage and supervise the IT support function of the company from all aspects of software as well as hardware.
Should be able to manage a team and look after the helpdesk as well as trouble shooting requirements in keeping the systems working in excellent condition.
Exposure to SAP systems is a must.
