1).net Developer strong background in .net/SQL Server (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS).
2) Strong Technically and Analytical Skills with and hands on experience in development and trouble shooting.
3) Experience in domain (asset management) will be a plus
4) Should have experience in managing client expectation and co-ordinating development work with offshore.
5) Should have experience in understanding the requirements and creating and reviewing design documents and architecture diagrams.
6) Should be aware of best practices in the industry and frameworks like MVP/MVC/Entity etc.
