JV LLP KATCO (KazAtomProm and AREVA) - Kazakh-French joint venture in the field of mining and production of uranium requires energetic, hardworking and motivated staff for the following vacant position of:
Head of Procurement & Inventory Service
General Requirements:
- Higher economics or math or physics degree
- Work experience on executive position in the material support area 3 years at least
- Experience in the Inventory process management
- Trained to inventory planning and execution practices (ABC analysis, define, maintain and permanently ensure the optimal inventory levels (reduce the stock)
- Advanced MS office user
- SAP advanced user
Duties and functions:
- Preparation and follow up of the Procurement and Inventory Service budget
- Processes improvement, elimination of wastes in process
- Planning, organization, and build up his / her teams
- Build up and implementation of the service improvement action plans
- Organization and management of supply, storage, upstream and downstream delivery flows
- Services maximization and costs minimization
- Necessary reserves anticipating especially end of year due to renewal of frame agreements
- Ensuring of the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) functioning in SAP
Conditions:
- Work at Tortkuduk site, South Kazakhstan, Suzak Region;
- Work pattern: 15 days on*13 days-off, 11-hours working day, from 08:00 to 20:00, including 1 hour break for lunch
