Provides administrative support to one or more functional areas of QHSE to maintain, help develop and implement all aspects of a proactive Integrated Management Systems. This position directly reports to the Supervisor of QHSE.
Provides administrative support to one or more functional areas of QHSE to maintain, help develop and implement all aspects of a proactive Integrated Management Systems. This position directly reports to the Supervisor of QHSE.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Provides administrative support which includes reviewing critical systems data (such as charts & reports), supporting customer audits, change control, CAPA, complaint handling, document control systems, and training of employees.
2. Ensure Quality Systems are followed on site. Help with analysis, efficiency and compliance with ISO and UAE regulatory changes.
3. Receives and responds to requests for information, assistance, and other concerns from internal and external (customers) auditors, and other stakeholders.
4. Assists with special projects and other related work as assigned.

2. Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience from ISO 9001, 140001, 18001, 22000 & HACCP industry
3. Demonstrated ability to apply comprehensive, in-depth understanding ISO policies
4. Excellent and effective communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu
5. Good computer and MS Office skills.
6. Ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities. Must collaborate across organization and functional boundaries including customers as a team player and occasional team leader.
