JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for planning, developing and efficiently implementing Health, Safety and Environmental plan.
2. Perform daily safety inspection on different work areas to identify active hazards, thus take the immediate and appropriate remedial actions to control these hazards.
3. Conduct safety toolbox talks to all employees engaged on the project. Conduct and facilitate project safety induction for new employees.
4. Maintain records of all HSE documents / records (incident/accident reports, weekly reports, monthly reports, toolbox meetings, HSE minutes of the meeting, audit reports, and other HSE related data and registers.
5. Initiate project safety meetings, audits and inspections.
6. Follow-up and audit the implementation of the approved corrective/preventive action of all accident and incident reports.
7. Notify Supervisors on unsafe acts or unsafe conditions noted during safety audits and inspections.
8. Conduct fire safety drill and emergency rescue training.
9. Suggest preventive actions to management about occurrences of accidents /incidents and near misses.

Experience in developing Project HSE Plans and Programs. Continually and effectively implement these programs to maintain zero accidents & risks, and ensure Health & Safety of personnel engaged in work at Project Site. Implement, monitor and maintain Safety measures at project site.
QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Computer / Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
2. Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
EXPERIENCE:
4-10 Years
Muslim Candidates are preferred for Holy Sites at Makkah and Maddinah.
