Starting-up the slaughter house and managing the cattle slaughter house from live birds reception till frozen chicken delivery (approx 4,000 birds per hour).

Experience- not less than 2 years- in sphere of cattle slaughter;
Knowledge of different types of equipment, lines of leading world manufacturers;
Administrative and managerial skills;
Knowledge of technological specifications and requirements.
Ability to offer challenge; Ability to grade priority; Striving for result in work;
Experience in performance analyses of cattle slaughter production processes;
Knowledge of meat processing (raw material preparation, weighing, labeling, packing, production types).
This would be a contractual job of 3 yrs and renewable.
