Experience: 5 to 9 yrs.
Has primary responsibility for all of the following:
- Define and execute the development strategy for growth.
- Report the Net SPUD Outlet Growth to achieve the targets for the region. Manage openings and closures.
- Propose, if any, special conditions for closures, openings and development agreements for aggressive growth.
- Define and update yearly a market mapping for the region to support a five year strategic plan.
- Negotiate with construction and material suppliers the rates applicable to franchisees in sites construction.
- Approve and implement corporate and brand image in the region.
- Act as a main spoke person of the company with franchisees in terms of growth.
- Categorize the SPUD Outlet formats for the region to set economic and commercial conditions.
- Interact and negotiate with the key development player in the region to have the best real estate portfolio in the region.

Reporting to the Managing Director, will be responsible to define and execute the development strategy for the region for new SPUD Outlets, including SPUD Outlet formats and construction requirements to increase the Net SPUD Outlet Growth in the region.
