Visual Merchandising Manager for Leading Retail Company (Indonesia)

Experience: 9 to 14 yrs.  | Salary: INR 13,00,000 - 19,00,000 P.A

• Conceptualizing designs and ideas displaying the products of the store innovatively and attractively. 
• Delegating tasks and functions to the sub ordinates
• Strategizing the display and branding of store promotions and events for increasing sales of the store.
• Keeping a track of the purchasing trend of the customers and managing presentations accordingly.
• Manage Visual Merchandising expenses within budget guidelines.
• Manage the brand representation at external events, marketing, designing.
• Ensure showrooms are regularly monitored to maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Responsible for the timely launch of stores.
• Handling the retail management, vendor management, promotion management 
• Co-ordinate with the VM team, using VM checklist
• Coordinate with multiple vendors efficiently to ensure minimum delay
• Supervise the maintenance and procurement of visual display inventories like mannequins

Salary will be paid in equivalent Indonesian rupiah and is negotiable

Should have a creative bent of mind for conceptualizing designs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good leadership and motivational skills so as to effectively lead a team of sub ordinates.

Extensive exposure in retail at a manager level especially in the apparel retail segment.

Willing to work extra hours, under pressure and must have an open mind attitude.
