The job will involve scanning the potential market to identify prospects, initiating communication and final closure of the deal.
Target business can include tracking domestic as well as international market.
Forge long-term relationship with Customers, business partners and other associates and strategizing growth plans of business.
To develop new business relations and managing existing ones. Initiate business ventures and Negotiation of supply price for the product with client.
Preparation of Annual Business plan and its achievement.
Identification of new product(s) development through rigorous analysis of market data.
Development of innovative promotional strategies.
Assisting field people in their field work in converting high potential non-prescribers to prescriber.
Launching new brands in the market.
Imparting product training to field staff.
Preferably with 3 - 5 yrs exp. in Pharma ethical selling having high energy level, effective communication/ presentation/ convincing skills and proven track record of achievements. Candidate should have a pleasing personality with good command on written and spoken English. Candidate should have good interpersonal skills.Should be a self starter, takes initiative. Aggressive with go-getter attitude to drive the business and developing client. Should be mobile, willing to travel.
