Responsibilities -
The successful candidate will need to be a strong team builder and motivator. Programming, commissioning, Troubleshooting and conducting diagnostic repairs of all software and hardware failures will also form part of your responsibilities. He should possess a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics as well as understanding market requirements.
Design and programming of complex Audio Video System such as Creston, AMX, ClearOne, BiAmp, Extron, Cisco, Polycom, Tandberg, etc.,
Provide expert level technical support for Presales and installations.
Produce documentation as per industry standard and get approval from consultant / Client.
Train technicians on installation and integration.
