* Have to handle entire gamut of HR
* Department wise manpower cost working & monitoring
* Employee Motivation, Welfare, Grievance Handling, Attrition Control, Employee's personal records maintenance, Systems & Formats creation
* Performance Appraisals, Increment Letters, ERP Implementation, Security Management, Company's asset management, Team Management, MIS
* Managing conflict among employee groups in the worker level/ Canteen/ Quarters/ Dispensary management/Disciplinary management/Accident management/Crisis management
* Identifying the Training needs for different work groups in consultation with the HOD's/Plant Head's/Finalizing the Training modes (In-house/External) & Budget with the GM-Operations/Management/
