Site Project Engineer (Brunei)

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

We are a well established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor in Brunei Darussalam seeking qualified and suitable candidates for the following position: 

1. Male, 5 years experience.
2. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in HVAC projects for commercial, industrial, residential, hotels, hospitals, etc.
3. Liaise with consultants, project authority for approvals of drawings.
4. Basic knowledge of heat load calculations.
5. Preparation of shop drawings and as built drawings.
6. Erection of ducting, piping, values, cooling towers, pumps, chillers etc.
7. Familiar with building automation systems and functions and operations.
8. Preparation of progress reports and progress claims.
9. Manpower planning and scheduling of works.
10. Tender preparation, estimation and costing.
11. Must have basic knowledge of the following standards ASHRAE, ASME, ASTM, SMACNA, DW-144.
12. Proficient in Autocad.
13. Possess good analytical skills.
